STANDARD STRAIGHT-EDGE KNIFE — $9 PER BLADE

Each knife is inspected, professionally sharpened at an appropriate angle, carefully deburred, and individually tested before return. Minor routine edge correction is included where appropriate.

SERRATED KNIFE — $11 PER BLADE

Serrated knives are sharpened individually and carefully according to their existing serration pattern.

JAPANESE-STYLE / DOUBLE-BEVEL JAPANESE KNIFE — $20 PER BLADE

TRADITIONAL SINGLE-BEVEL JAPANESE KNIFE — $30 MINIMUM; INSPECTED AND QUOTED

STANDARD REPAIR — +$5 TO $10

Examples include minor chips, minor tip repair, and routine edge correction beyond normal sharpening. Extensive repair — Custom quote. More significant damage will be evaluated and quoted before work begins.

KNIFE RESTORATION & MAKEOVERS — CUSTOM QUOTE

Pricing is based on the knife's condition, the customer's desired result, materials if required, and the amount and type of work needed. Customers can request an individual quote.

BLADE THINNING — BY QUOTE

Pricing depends on the knife’s geometry, condition, steel, and the amount of thinning required. Each knife will be evaluated and quoted individually before work begins.

Standard return shipping and handling is $19.95 for most orders within the contiguous U.S. Return shipping is free on service orders of $150 or more. Oversized, unusually heavy, or high-value shipments may require an additional shipping charge, which will always be approved with the customer first.
